Delivery of the goods will only be done on GROUND FLOOR. Delivery can be done on ANY FLOOR, only if good size SERVICE LIFT is available at the building or residency. For VOLUMETRIC shipments which can't be delivered through SERVICE LIFT, delivery will be done on GROUND FLOOR ONLY.
The customer need to cancel order before the product has shipped.
We offer a swift return in case of transit damaged on arrival, manufacturing defects and incorrect product. In case, you receive such product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Please keep the original packing intact in case of return and pack the product after taking the images of the defect/damage. Our care team shall contact you within 24 hours and arrange for a return. We shall send a replacement free of charge or provide a refund in such cases as per your wish.
All our products come with 12 months warranty. We offer complete replacement/refund in case of a manufacturing defect of the product, inherent termite and borer issues. Warranty does not apply to: - Normal wear and tear - Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents - Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
Is there any additional Tax (VAT & Custom Duties) I have to pay?
Yes, VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
